With the Dest1ny Development Duo now non-existant, it is time to turn over a new leaf. Newly created Dest1ny Dev is the successor of the previous Dev Team, however, we have had to say goodbye to one of our own: iHack3r. Although I will not be revealing any details, something good has come out of iHack3r's departure: the recruitment of a new member: InfiniteL00p8.
I must say personally that I came very close to departing Dest1ny Development Duo myself, due to the lack of commitment and the fact that it had lost its kick as well as its fundamental values. However, with the changes in Dest1ny Dev, I must say that we are back on track and working toward our goals.

I have not really thought much about my affiliates, however, as I have gained another today, I feel as though blogging about it will inform my slowly rising fan base as to who they are.
Let's start with iGenius and iHack3r of the Dest1ny Development Duo (the Dev team in which I founded and am a member of). So for the purposes of software development and promotional purposes, I am affiliated with iGenius and iHack3r, but also on the grounds of success within Dest1ny Dev (as we are a team, therefore we work together). Today, I gained an affiliate; an old buddy of mine: InfiniteL00p8. He is working on software (I cannot reveal the purpose) and I am going to be assisting him with his software, therefore we are now affiliated on the grounds of developing the software and marketing the software to the public. So far, i've seen his beta (which is only a GUI with limited, not full functionality) and I must say that this is going to be one huge project! And finally, although indirect, I am affiliated with YouTube on the grounds of the Dest1ny Dev YouTube account (which i also manage and created) being a YouTube partner. ~Macs1mus~ Yes, my blog is very delayed, however, I have been quite busy with exams and school, so I have been silenced from the public eye once again. However, i'm back, and i'm ready to ridicule the internet with my opinions. During WWDC, Apple unveiled iOS 7, and as rumours suggested, it was flat and completely simplified. My first impression was that the new design was simply gorgeous, and that the fresh look brings some major excitement to iOS. I also felt that the control centre was a great addition. As beautiful as the new design is, the animations and some gorgeous components/looks that I love from previous iOS versions are sadly assassinated. The new, flat design, which still looks stunning, exemplifies the hate I would usually have for a replacement that takes away my favourite look. The parallax on the springboard (home screen) adds an incredible look to the background behind your apps, and I really admire this new 3D achievement that has defeated my 3D pros from previous versions of iOS. I perceive the control centre as the better version of SBSettings that jailbreakers everywhere have been waiting for. As much as Apple despises jailbreaking, it is quite essential that it exists and is so widely used, as many popular tweaks have quickly called iOS home after being added by Apple. Airdrop is a handy feature to have on the Mac, so i'm actually really excited to be able to use it on my iPhone! Sending pictures, etc by MMS/iMessage/Facebook, etc will become a thing of the past as we just select share>airdrop and let the iPhone do the rest! You're probably bored of me babbling on about iOS 7 almost a month after the release, so i'll keep this one short and sweet. Overall, iOS 7 has my tick of approval (which is very hard to obtain), and I will definitely be looking forward to the Sept-Nov period in which iOS 7 will be released! And now I ask, do you like the overall design of iOS 7? Please vote on the poll below and leave a comment in the comments section; i'd love to hear from all of you! ~Macs1mus~ It may be extremely incomplete, but my website is finally up and running! After being in the Dest1ny Development Duo for a year and 5 months, and being out of the public eye for a few months, I've decided to go from an inactive Twitter account and an inactive Facebook page to a website which will show the public more about Macs1mus, and therefore promote my involvement in the Jailbreaking community. I've been a bit silent for the past few months, and I haven't made a youtube video for a while, however, i'm glad to say that i'm back in the public eye, and I have sorted my priorities!
The Dest1ny Development Duo that I am apart of has some great plans, and I hope to fulfil these sooner rather than later, as there is some great potential for innovation out there! ~Macs1mus~ |
